Programming

A Training Program is a series of planned workouts. These planned workouts are designed to systematically improve performance. If the goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or increase function, strategic planning is crucial. I use programming to help my clients achieve their goals, not just burn calories. 

Programming is delivered to my clients via the TrueCoach platform, which is accessible via the website and app. TrueCoach contains the monthly training schedule, individual workouts, exercise demonstrations, as well as the ability to track all personal achievements.
